To Order Cancellations

Within 24 hours of placing the order:

You may request a cancellation, and a refund will be processed after deducting a 6% transaction fee to cover payment processing charges.

After 24 hours of placing the order:

Cancellations will be subject to an around 20% or above of restocking or production fee, depending on the stage of order processing or dispatch. Our team will evaluate the order status and inform you of any applicable deductions before proceeding with cancellation.
Custom-made, personalized, or made to order pieces (including special sizing, engravings, or design alterations) are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

To Returns

You may be eligible to return an item within 30 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • In certain cases, if the product does not meet your expectations, return requests may be considered at our discretion

Important: All return requests must be submitted by contacting us at contact@goldenbirdjewels.com. Once reviewed and approved, we will share detailed return instructions.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items not listed in our standard online catalog
  • Orders placed under promotional events or discount campaigns (e.g., Valentine Sale, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Return requests made after 30 days of delivery
  • Any return sent without prior approval

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted or processed. Golden Bird Jewels is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments

  • All returned items undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC)
  • Products showing signs of wear, third-party alterations, or damage will be subject to deductions based on the condition
  • We will share the QC report with you before initiating any applicable refund

Returns are not accepted after 30 days. However, we may offer repair or exchange services (additional charges may apply). Please contact us in advance to check eligibility.

REFUND POLICY

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Check (QC) team to ensure the piece is in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and without damage.

If the item passes QC:

  • A refund will be processed for the approved amount.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days after QC approval.
  • Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom or made to order items (including unique sizes, personalized engravings, or bespoke designs)
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or modified condition
  • Shipping charges, express/rush order fees, and additional services (unless agreed otherwise)

If an item fails QC due to wear, damage, or unauthorized modifications, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are only processed for returns that have been pre-approved. Please contact us prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Exchange a Purchase

  • Complete and submit the Order Exchanges Request.
  • Once the Order Exchanges Request has been received and reviewed, if we find any misleading things regarding your order we will reject your request of cancelation.
  • The return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back according to the instructions provided.
  • Please email us the details of the new item(s) you would like in exchange for your returned order, and we will set up the new order in your account.
  • In the case the exchange order isn't over $100 of the original order, there is a $15 shipping fee.
  • In the case the exchange order value is less than the original value of the original order your order will be not applicable for the exchange purchase.

  • Flat Rate: $30 USD for all international orders
  • Domestic shipping charges may vary based on location and order value.
  • Delivery Time: 8–14 business days after dispatch (international)
  • Domestic Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • All shipments are insured and trackable.
  • Signature on Delivery: Available upon request (where applicable)
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched in 2–3 business days
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: Dispatched in 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and complexity
  • Tracking details are shared via Email/WhatsApp once shipped
  • Items are shipped with insurance coverage
  • Signature is required at delivery upon request. If undelivered or lost, we will investigate and may remake the item at no extra cost
  • International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes in your country.
  • Any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee quoted.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • High-value orders may require additional verification or special handling
  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will assist with claims and, if needed, remake and reship your item at no additional cost
  • Shipping address changes are only accepted before dispatch
  • Once shipped, rerouting is not possible
  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
  • If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Golden Birds Jewels is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
  • We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases.
